This tastes more like a Hawaiian milkshake. Yummy! It packs 5 grams of fiber, 8 grams of protein and 28% of the recommended daily requirement for calcium. Healthy never tasted so delicious.
Ingredients: (Serving: 1)
1 cup of coconut or almond milk
½ cup of water
1 large frozen banana
1 small date, pitted and roughly chopped
4 drops pure stevia
1 ½ tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of cacao nibs or 2 squares of a dark chocolate bar (optional)
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 large pinches of sea salt/Himalayan Crystal salt
Combine coconut milk, water, banana, date, stevia, almond butter, cocoa powder, chocolate, vanilla extract and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
