1/4 cup strawberries fresh cut or frozen
1/4 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
1/4 pineapple fresh cut or frozen
1 Cup Soy or Almond Milk (Vanilla Light)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 teaspoon almond nut butter
Blend in a blender—add a little more soy milk if too think.
