Ingredients: (Servings: 1)
1 cup of coconut or almond milk
½ cup of water
1 large frozen banana
1 small date, pitted and chopped
4 drops pure stevia
1 ½ tablespoon of almond or cashew butter
1 tablespoon European Cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of cacao nibs or 2 squares of a dark chocolate bar (optional)
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 large pinches of sea salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 5 ice cubes and blend until smooth. Drink immediately or keep in the refrigerate for 24 hours.
