Breakfast YumYum Choco Pudding

Enjoy dessert for breakfast;-) This is a rich yummy breakfast, or a delicious snack with great proteins: pumpkin seeds and hazelnuts and great fats: ghee and avocado. Enjoy!

Ingredients: (Servings: 2)

1 ripe avocado

2 Tbsps. cacao or cocoa powder

1 Tbsps. ghee (melted)

¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds

1/8 cup raw hazelnuts

1 tsp. lemon or orange juice

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions: Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth—about 1 minute. Put in dessert bowls and refrigerate until ready to eat.
