organic peanut butter and jelly smoothie

Ingredients:(2 Servings)

2 cups spinach
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
2 bananas (peeled)
4 Tbsp. organic peanut butter or almond butter
1Tbls flaxseed oil
Stevia drops as desired.

Directions: Rinse spinach three times (or buy triple washed spinach). Rinse and drain grapes. Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients into blender (BlendTec is my favorite) until smooth. Serve immediately, freeze or store in refrigerator for up to 72 hours. For best health benefits, consume at least 1-2 servings daily, as a snack or as a meal replacement. (You can use frozen grapes and frozen bananas, this will make the smoothie icier.)
