Pumpkin Patch Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup of pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)

1 cup of coconut OR vanilla almond milk

¼ cup water and ½ small apple (without core or skin)

6-8 dates OR 1 banana (frozen is best)

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 packet of Stevia (Sweet Leaf is my favorite)

1/8 cup of pecans (crushed) optional

1 cups ice

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor (except pecans) and blend until smooth. Top with a little dollop of whipped cream if desired, and sprinkle with crushed pecans.

Enjoy!
