Ingredients: (Serving: 1)
1½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
2 large handfuls of leafy greens (spinach & kale) (Triple washed)
½ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
6-8 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
½ fresh avocado
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon
1 drop of doTerra Lemon essential oil
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed (add in 1 tsp of chia seed for extra goodness)
3-4 Stevia drops for desired sweetness
Directions: Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. I put in 4 ice cubes and blend for a frap like texture:-) Drink immediately or put in an airtight container and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
